When I bought the Sterling Stair Lift for my folks the installer said that you answer the phone 7 days a week, including holidays. I had to call you on the 4th of July when the stair lift came to a dead halt. Visiting children had played with it and done something that caused it to fail. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that you guys don't make empty promises.
You answered the phone as promised and you sent the repairman ASAP. I love it when a company keeps it's promises.
