When our
stair lift stopped working, I was afraid we would be stuck upstairs. I was
really surprised when John answered the service department phone before 6 AM on
a Saturday morning. The technician, Nate, was at our Naperville home by 9AM. He
replaced the motor with a brand new one, right on the spot. You provide
