Glad to hear an answer to my call

I received this email from a client that called on Sunday:

Dear John:  Thank  you so much for being available to us on Sunday when our chair lift would not move. We have to get to the lower level for my husband to shower and the chair would not move.
I took a chance and called your office and was glad to hear an answer to my call.
Thank you for being there and helping us out of a bad situation...
